River Cruise Oct 2/14 Part 2

This is part 2 of Oct. 2, since the other one was so long.  When we came back to the hotel in Baden-Baden, we went for a nice long walk on the stream that runs through the town - but in the other direction from before.  This part goes for miles through parkland - so nice!

 
To get to the park, we had to walk through the city centre, and I couldn't resist this beautiful "painted pony".  So pretty.

Of course, this made us smile.  :-)  It was in front of a VERY nice hotel.

This castle ruin could be seen from our room.  The flag makes me think it is either a museum or hotel, or someone is in residence there.

There were lots of ducks at this location.....

We wandered through a rose garden as you can imagine, I loved it!

So many colours!

And back downstream we go - had quite enough walking for that day!
